   MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Colleton County School District’s Department of Special Services is to enhance the educational environment so that students can learn according to their individual abilities and style in the least restrictive environment. Our goal is to provide assistance in academic instruction, behavior management, social skills training, and life skills training so that students can reasonably meet the challenges of our ever-changing society.  The end product will be, hopefully, enrichment in their intellectual, cultural, and personal lives.
